Today, Malaika and Harleigh are joined by special guest Ryan Panchoo. Ryan is the owner, founder and product developer at ⁠Borough 22⁠ - home of Malaika’s favourite gluten free doughnuts.

Borough 22 has been awarded a Great Taste Award for their baked gluten-free and vegan doughnut, and also a Free From Product of the Year Award in 2023 for the classic fried doughnut. On this episode Ryan shares the story of the business, and the behind the scenes of product development and business ownership.
